We like to cook. Our three sons
like to eat. Sometimes, things work out just great.
Up until about ten years ago, we dabbled in fancy Bon Appetit - style cooking.
Though the results were satisfactory, we really didn't enjoy the amount of labor required
to produce what we believed to be frou frou dishes. So, we've been trying to hone
our basic recipes since then. Our goal is to be solid, everyday cooks.
We don't claim to be very good, but we enjoy our meals. So here are
a few of our recipes -- give them a try and let us know what you think about them.
